He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Addie Mae Conway and his aunt, Terry Carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Kimber Conway of Hattiesburg; his son, Carver Michael Conway; his step-children, Aubrey Lynn Johnson and Jonah Christopher Johnson; his father, Kenneth Marvin Conway (Debbie) of Petal; his mother, Patricia Ann Jones of Hattiesburg; his sisters, Kelly Wright (Justin) of Hattiesburg and Laura Patterson (Joseph) of Hattiesburg; his grandfather, J.M. He was always happy even though he was sick. For the past year, he was employed as an Operations Manager for 2A Tactical in Barrington, NH. Anyone fortunate enough to have met Michael will know that he took true enjoyment in engaging with people and, until recently, was well-known for his visits to sites and depots where he would speak to our frontline workers to ensure that he was hearing feedback first-hand. He was a fitness fanatic and could often be found in Anatomies Gym. I only dealt with him once during Covid, when he saw my cat for a second opinion. Mike's family would like to extend a special thank you to his home aide, Juliet, the staff of Hospice of the Sacred Heart, the staff of the Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, the staff at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Dr. Shamsedeen. Mr. Michael D. Conway of Greenfield Park passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. of Conway, AR. Mike was a parishioner of St. Nicholas Church in Wilkes-Barre, where he served as a member of the Church Building and Grounds Committee. A man of faith that has a touched the hearts of many people. Michael G. Conway, 55 of Alpine Place Drive, North Conway, NH, passed away July 24, 2022, at Memorial Hospital in North Conway. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at noon. Michael was a true pioneer in sustainable construction and was recycling materials ahead of his time. He was raised and educated in East Hartland, CT and was a graduate of The Gilbert School Class of 1989. He always said call me Mike . He was the tenth child of Timothy J. When ever we lost one of our animals Id ask Dr. Conway to say a prayer and he was always more than happy to do so. In 2016, Mike and his family moved to New Hampshire to begin a new chapter in their lives. He is survived by his children, Sean (Shannon) Conway, Nate Ball, and Tyler Conway; grandchildren, Hailey, Allison, Evelyn, Hudson, and Elora; nephews, Denny Conway and Bobby Conway; niece, Cathie Conway; and many friends. No services are scheduled at this time. He was 53. Michael was also the founder of the London Construction Academy, formed to provide opportunities for people not in employment, education, or training. Mickey left college and married Anna Tasker.
